My plant

Each type of plant needs different care. On our website you will find care tips on the respective product pages. However, if you are still in doubt or have any questions, you can always contact us personally at [email protected].  Or just have a look at our blog.

This varies from plant to plant. Some houseplants come with a planter, others do not. You just need to select your desired option, if available, on the plant's page. The price will be updated automatically.

Each plant is unique, so slight variations in size and shape may be possible.

Yes! We only work with selected nurseries and growers who offer high quality plants and take care of their carbon footprint. Learn more about our mission here.

Delivery & Shipping

Shipping takes about 3-4 business days.

Unfortunately, we can not predict or influence when exactly will be delivered.

No, with us there are no additional delivery costs!

We deliver to Germany, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy and Netherlands.

If this is the case, please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible and tell us your request!

Yes, we also deliver on Saturdays. However, delivery on Sunday is unfortunately not possible.

Please contact our customer service immediately with your order number and write an email to [email protected]. We will try to help you as soon as possible.

My order

As soon as your payment has been received and your order has been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. After 3-4 days your plant should arrive.

Send us an email to [email protected], we will gladly take care of your request!

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Write us an email to [email protected]  before the shipping confirmation has arrived in your mailbox. Please include your order number. However, if the order is already on its way, we cannot cancel it.

Yes, please send us an email with the desired amount to [email protected].

If you need an invoice, you can send us an e-mail to [email protected].

Return

Of course you can make use of your right of return.  Here you will find step-by-step instructions on how to return your order.

We offer different payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card and Sofortüberweisung.
